IMM 33rd Annual General Meeting

IMM will be having the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) online on 17th March 2022 at 3.00 p.m. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

1. Adoption of the agenda

2. President’s address

3. To approve the minutes of the 32nd Annual General Meeting

4. To receive and adopt the 2022 report of the council presented by the Honorary Secretary of IMM

5. To receive and adopt the 2022 statement of accounts presented by the Honorary Treasurer of IMM

6. Proposed amendment to IMM Constitution

7. Tabling the appointment of auditor(s) for 2023 by the Honorary Treasurer of IMM

8. Any other matters

All members of IMM are cordially invited to the meeting.

Those who would like to join the meeting, please confirm your attendance by submitting the completed Reply Slip to IMM Secretariat. For those who are not able to join the meeting but would like to delegate their voting power to a representative (another IMM member), please complete the Proxy Voting Form and submit it to IMM Secretariat. All completed forms must be submitted via email to secretariat@iomm.org.my BEFORE 12.00 p.m. on 10th March 2023.
