Institute of Materials, Malaysia (IMM) successfully held its 30th Annual General Meeting on 13th July 2020 at 5:30 p.m. (Virtual Live Event).

4. To receive and adopt the 2019 report of the council presented by the Honorary Secretary of IMM

5. To receive and adopt the 2019 statement of accounts presented by the Honorary Treasurer of IMM

7. Motions to be put to the AGM

8. Election of 10 Council Members for the 2020-2022 term.

9. Tabling the appointment of external auditors for 2020 by the Honorary Treasurer of IMM

10. Appointment of two internal auditors for 2020
