The IMM Council has approved and agreed to reintroduce the original IMM Certified Protective Coating Technician (Blaster/Painter and Multiskill) certification scheme to meet the market demand until 31st December 2020. The certification scheme will then be upgraded to a new syllabus and program.
Those who are interested to get themselves certified with IMM PCT Level 1 or Level 2 may submit their application to IMM Secretariat.
WHO CAN APPLY
Level 1: New workers with or without experience
Level 2: Blaster/painter with experience and must possess IMM PCT Level 1 certification

CERTIFICATES AWARDED
- Competency certificate and card to IMM Certified Protective Coating Technicians (Level 1 or Level 2) with 5-year validity; and
- IMM membership certificate with 5-year validity
